Delivery Policy

Orders must be received before 2pm on weekdays and 11.30pm on Saturdays for same day delivery. We are closed on public holidays and do not deliver on Sundays unless it’s Valentines Day or Mothers Day. Orders placed on public holidays will be delivered on the next business day.

We deliver to Adelaide city centre and all surrounding suburbs. Prompt delivery is offered to Ashford Hospital, Flinders Medical & private Hospital, Repatriation Daw Park, and Centennial Cemetery at Pasadena.

Order Cancellations

Please ring 08 8276 7370 if an order needs to be cancelled.

Our policy for cancellations is:

1. If flowers have not been prepared by the florist then only a $5.00 cancellation fee applies
2. Orders that have been made and not yet picked up by the courier incurs a fee of $12

Orders which have left our shop and have been delivered cannot be cancelled.

Re-Delivery

If you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address and the items needs to be re-delivered a $15.00 fee will apply.
